Important News:

Also, Indian Players will need to pass Yo-Yo test before upcoming tours and as per BCCI the players who will fail the test will be dropped from the squad.

Rashid Khan vs Indian BatsmanThe most thrilling match-up will be between the spin-wizard Rashid Khan and the Indian Batsman. So, far Rashid has succeded in destroyimg batsmans all over the world and have been consistent but batsman like Rahane & Pujara can take Rashid with ease meanwhile it will be tricky for rest of the batsman except Shikhar Dhawan who has played a lot of cricket with Rashid in Sunrisers Hyderabad Team. So. it is really important for India to score runs in consiitent fashion and should be vary of Rashid Khan early-on in the innings.

India: With Virat Kohli being unavailable due to injury, Rahane will lead the squad in his absence and also Dinesh Karthik replaces injured Saha. It will be first Test for Karthik after a gap of 8 years. The team looks a bit in-experienced on batting front but can win with ease. With Shami now out of the squad as he failed the mandatory Yo-Yo Test, the young Delhi pacer Navdeep Saini has replaced him & it is unlikely that India will play him ahead of Umesh & Ishant unless one of them is injured. Also, KL.Rahul is expected to feature ahead of out-of-form M.Vijay. Karun Nair is all set to replace Kohli in the the XI but will be slotted at no. 5 as Rahane will bat at 4.

Playing XI: S.Dhawan, KL.Rahul, Pujara, Rahane(C), K.Nair, D.Karthik(Wk), H.Pandya, R.Ashwin, R.Jadeja, Umesh, Ishant

Squad: Ajinkya (Capt), Shikhar, Vijay, KL Rahul, Pujara, Karun Nair, Dinesh Karthik (wk), Ashwin, Jadeja, Kuldeep, Umesh, Shami, Hardik, Ishant, Shardul

Afghanistan: The new-entrants to Test arena are likely to feature a spin heavy side as per their squad make-up. With a good spin attack they are likely to exploit the conditions more than India if a spin friendly surface. We still can’t figure out about the Afghanistan’s Playing XI.
