IPL: KXIP Vs CSK, Match Preview

After winning another thriller this time at their home ground, CSK is ready to face mighty Punjabi’s in their own backyard. With CSK losing both Raina and it’s home ground due to injury and water issue respectively, it will be tough for CSK to face Punjab which has won it’s first home game against Delhi with ease but they are also coming from a marginal loss against RCB. It is expected to be another thriller between the two Kings.

The match will be played at I.S. Bindra Stadium (PCA), Mohali. The pitch here is likely to be pacer friendly and under lights it will be a delight for the pacers as they are expected to get more swing.

Comparison- Taking a look at head to head, CSK has won 11 of the 18 matches played between the sides and KXIP on other hand has won 7. If we compare both the teams in terms of batting and spin bowling both are well balanced but CSK lacks a bit fire-power in pace bowling department whereas KXIP has a bit issue with their fielding which can be the differnce between the two sides.

Chennai Super Kings-

After another injury blow, CSK is likely to make couple of changes. One of the notable change would be David Willey in-place of Tahir as he strengthens the batting and gives a good pace bowling option, moreover can be used as a floater and another would be Delhi batsman Dhruv Shorey in-place of injured Raina. Also Lungi Ngidi will fly back home due to demise of his father.
