Ind vs SA, Pink ODI: Preview
Another clinical win by India in the 3rd ODI left South Africa in the rags with lot of questions in their mind. Talking about the match it was a Virat Kohli entertainer, the southpaw strucked his 34th century and helped the team to post a good score, he scored 160* off 159 balls and remained unbeaten till the end. Shikhar also made contribution with a fifty but Rohit and Rahane both failed and it was 3rd consecutive failure for Rohit in this series. Also Virat’s move to send Pandya before Dhoni and Jadhav led to fall in India’s total and in no time India lost 6 wickets at a score of 230, thanks to B.Kumar who helped Virat Kohli to take the score to 300 and eventually South Africa again lost the plot when the spin twins came and thus handed India a 124 run win.
Coming back to the 4th ODI, it will be a Pink ODI in bid to support the Awareness towards Cancer and raise funds. Also AB De Villiers is expected to play the ODI. South Africa have never lost a Pink ODI since its inception.
Pitch and Ground Conditions:
The match is to be played at the Wanderes Stadium, Johanesburg and typically the pitch here is a belter for batsman and a nightmare for bolwers i.e. it will be a flat pitch.
Just In: AB de villiers has been declared fit and play the Pink ODI.
India will be going with the same eleven but Rohit’s form and Pandya’s inconsistency is a problem for the team.
